I saw your post about True Grit! I'm glad you liked it, though I'm not surprised that it didn't overtake Toy Story 3 in your heart. Personally, although I loved both movies, I wasn't that invested in the Toy Story franchise (although I feel like I should be, since I was actually in the target audience when the first movie came out, and it was more influential than most kids' movies that I can remember). Anyway, I just loved Maddie so much in True Grit. Totally won me over.
It was a pretty good year. I've seen 7 of the 10 nominees, and I thoroughly enjoyed each of them!
