TV meme stolen from
gypsy_sally . I've been busy and sort of out of the LJ loop, and seriously lagging on the fic front. But it's getting there. I hope. Anyway, have a meme.
Name a TV show series in which you have seen every episode at least twice: BtVS, Firefly, Wonderfalls
Name a (current) show you can't miss: Dollhouse, I suppose, although I haven’t seen the Hollow Men yet. (But I did FLIP A SHIT when I saw Getting Closer). Also Chuck. And Glee when it comes back.
Name an actor that would make you more inclined to watch a show: Katee Sackhoff, Nathan Fillion, Summer Glau, Christopher Eccleston and Lee Pace would probably be my biggest draws these days. But I do have limits—I despise 24, for example. And I couldn’t sit through more than one episode of Castle.
Name an actor who would make you less likely to watch a show: Um. Edward James Olmos. NEVER AGAIN.
Name a show you can, and do, quote from: Buffy mostly. Subconsciously. Also Firefly and Wonderfalls. And many others, but those are the main ones.
Name a show you like that no one else enjoys: Well...how about The Tick?
Name a TV show which you've been known to sing the theme song: Wonderfalls, Veronica Mars, and Firefly. Also Buffy, though it has no words. And I could hum the Angel theme song too...
Name a show you would recommend everyone to watch: Wonderfalls. And Firefly.
Name a TV series you own: Well I can see Pushing Daisies from here.
What is your favourite episode of your favourite series?: Either Objects in Space (Firefly) or...maybe Graduation Day (Buffy). I have a hard time choosing with BtVS.
A show you mean to watch, but you just haven't gotten around to yet: Uh...Psych. Community. 30 Rock.
Ever quit watching a show because it was so bad?: Well, anyone else remember Point Pleasant? Now that was a show that deserved the axe. I’ve also quit watching The Office, but more out of apathy than anything else.
Name a show you aren't interested in watching, not in the least: Jersey Shore. Or Grey’s Anatomy.
Name a show that's made you cry multiple times: Buffy. Wonderfalls (Rainbow Boulevard, guys—Rainbow Boulevard).
Oldest TV show you like? Twin Peaks.
Newest TV show you like? Glee.
What do you eat when you watch TV? Goldfish is my snack of choice.
How often do you watch TV? Too much. But it’s all on my computer. Maybe a couple times a week now that classes have started.
Do you have a favorite talk show? Does fake news count? In which case, The Daily Show.
What's the last TV show you watched? The latest Chuck episode is currently buffering.
What's your favourite/preferred genre of TV? Uh, drama I guess.
What's your least favourite genre of TV? Reality.
What was the first TV show you were obsessed with? I was a big X-Files fan in elementary school, but once I discovered Buffy there was no going back.
What TV show do you wish you never watched? Point Pleasant was really bad. I didn't like Stargate either.
What's the weirdest show you enjoyed? Twin Peaks.
What TV show scared you the most? Well...Twin Peaks is pretty freaky at times. And the X-Files had its moments. And for the record, there are two Buffy episodes/scenes that I find frightening: Jenny Calendar’s demise in Passion and the Dawn/Joyce part of Conversations With Dead People.
What is the funniest TV show you have ever watched? Flight of the Conchords.
Which do you think is the best TV series ever made? It’s between Firefly and Dexter. Though Buffy is also a contender (and, I think, more significant in pop culture).

Date: 2010-01-22 12:12 am (UTC)Twin Peaks is the shit. Except that I've only seen the first season. (And "Fire Walk With Me," which I regretted.)
