Eyeliner Guy is a Cylon!

Um, so I was watching the Lost season finale with my friend and her family.  And they are also Battlestar fans (thanks to me!  mwahahaha) so...well...I loved the episode.  I was freaking out pretty much the entire two hours.  But at some point during the freaking out (probably during a commercial break) we were discussing the island and time travel, and earlier in the evening we had been discussing Battlestar, and what time period Earth is at, and alternate universes, and I'd been thinking a lot about the whole cyclical thing, and...well...wackiness ensued.  During a commercial break.

It started with the idea that moving the island meant moving in time, not space (or perhaps both) and then somebody mentioned aliens and spaceships and I proclaimed that the island was, of course, the battlestar or what's left of it after it lands on Earth and whatnot, time passes, etc.  And then this evolved into the island is a basestar, because they're organic.
"Jacob is the Hybrid!"
"Richard's a cylon because he never ages!"
"Aaron's the hybrid baby!  Or maybe Walt, but not a baby!  So probably Aaron!"
And when Keamy reappeared I shouted "HE'S A CYLON!" while the more sensible people shouted things about bulletproof vests and such nonsense.
Anyway.  Yes.  The island is a basestar, a long time after it has landed on Earth.  And Jacob is the Hybrid.  I think this theory goes well with my Bob-Dylan-or-possibly-Jimi-Hendrix-is-the-Final-Cylon thing.  (I'm only mostly kidding about the Dylan/Hendrix theory)

OhmyGOD my first reaction to Keamy coming back was exactly the same!!! I was like "CYLON!!!!" and my friend was just like "...."

I screamed SO. MUCH. during those two hours. Holy crap.

Haha, I'm glad to know I'm not the only one!

And yeah, I was screaming/biting my hand to keep from screaming the entire time.
