half of what i say is meaningless

So here's the thing.  I'm not going to be around much for the next three months.  Why?  Because I am doing a semester abroad in Peru (Cusco)* ergo A) I will only have internet access when I go to an internet cafe, and B) I should probably get out and do things while I'm, you know, in Peru, rather than bumming around on my computer like I usually do!

I expect I'll check LJ semi-regularly, but I will probably be miles behind and anyway if I don't comment ever this is why.  I also probably won't be posting.  Unless I miraculously finish my plot fic which, hey, it could happen.  Sometimes when I cannot read fic I become massively productive in terms of writing fic.  But who knows what will happen?  I certainly don't!  And right now my brain is mostly consumed with 'omg I'm leaving in 36 hours and I haven't started packing.'

So anyway, try not to have too much fun without me.  I'll see you on the other side!  (Nos vemos al otro lado?)


*Anyone got any tips?  I've never been to Peru before.
